1954 to '57. His son would like to hear from anyone

!4th.Jan.'08 Lt.Col.( Robert?)Clements
MC joined the Gurkha Regiment in India
in about 1929 and won his Military Cross at
Imphal,Burma in 1944. Upon Indian Independence he
transferred to the British 1/2 Gurkha Regiment,
spending most of his time on overseas postings
including Malaya.He maried twice; Jane Grey and then
Laura Dalton by whom he had a son.During the
Indonesian Confrontation he was posted to Borneo and
is mentioned in the book "Britains Secret
War-The Indonesian Confrontation 1962 -66" by
Will Fowler. He died in 1964 in unknown
circumstances. Anyone knowing of Lt.Col.Clements and
the manner of his death is asked to contact Alistair
